The Programme Architecture is designed to build on the participant's background and career objectives.
The programme covers 3 phases:

The self study phase

The interactive learning phase on campus

The practical application phase with the companies
The PGPM programme gives participants a holistic view of the business; with an option to specialize in specific interest area, thus enhancing their expertise in the functional area of interest.
The specialisation areas include:
Marketing
Finance
Information Management
Operations Management
Besides, the self-learning module, which ensures uniform proficiency of participants, Term 1 and Term 2 focuses on General Management and integrates the knowledge of various functional domains in business management.
Term 3 includes specialized papers from selected functional domains along with core papers focusing on integration of functional domains and general management for managing and leading in dynamic, multicultural business environments.
The course includes 5 weeks industry consulting assignment along with additional learning tools like Red-Book, Capstone Project etc. These are included with an objective to broaden the horizons of knowledge and enhance the analytical and decision making abilities of the participants.
